How to reach us
Write to hello@yourtool.net. For a tool issue, include the page URL, browser, device, steps to reproduce, and the exact error message. Mention the image dimensions or project version when relevant; do not send your full private project.

Please do not send sensitive files
Do not email confidential documents, personal records, passwords, or private source files. A small, non-sensitive reproduction or screenshot is usually enough.
Response expectations
YourTool is an independent project. We read useful reports, but response time and individual replies cannot be guaranteed. Privacy and security reports are prioritized.
